PinPoint Solutions is a recruiting firm designed around mid-level management and difficult to fill individual contributor roles. Our mission is to provide the proper recruiting approach for the client organization versus strictly a standard contingency or search approach. Therefore, we offer a variety of approaches for finding the right candidate.

Retingency:
We take a search approach without the in-person assessments. This can be the right approach for a client with a critical opening and a good assessment process. Typical for jobs above $100K on base.

PinPoint Solutions charges clients a "mini-retainer" that is a very small portion of the total fee. PinPoint Solutions will utilize the initial retainer to search millions of candidates on the job boards and conduct name generation (search research) of target individuals from target companies. After the search, we will not only deliver assessed candidates, but we will also turn over all the search research to clients. Pin-Point Solutions delivers a high quality, consistent product that is typical of the full retainer approach without the full cost. Because we work on these critical mid-level openings on "mini-retainer," we get potential candidates to respond who might not otherwise respond to "contingency" inquiries.


Contingency:
Our contingency group operates as a generalist firm in many industries. Often, we utilize direct targeted cold-recruiting techniques that have become a lost art form among many recruiting firms. PinPoint Solutions would conduct cold-calling campaigns to individuals with the desired experiences. A critical piece to any assignment on contingency is the feedback and interview loop. Cold-call recruiting is very time consuming, and proper feedback of the desired skills is essential for the work to be done properly and efficiently. We have an in-house research department which allows our recruiters to spend more time talking to the right people-thereby, reducing the time to fill openings. PinPoint Solutions offers a 90-day guarantee: If for any reason the hired candidate does not work out, we will fill the position again for free.

Supplemental Solutions:
One of the keys to our recruiting group success is our established in-house research capabilities.  In 2005, we began an internship program with Furman University with students working full and part-time in our research function.  We excel at search research as well as competitive intelligence projects.


E-Marketing:
Many organizations have built web sites and application tracking systems for hiring. Jobs routinely get posted on the major job boards through these methods. However, in many cases, more is needed to find the right candidate. Our e-marketing program enables us to search the numerous resumes on these boards and drive desired candidates to your job postings and web site. Instead of waiting for the right candidate to see your job posting, we go to them. Typically, this program is most effective for jobs in the $40-$60k range. Cost is $1,500 per job.
