Our Human Resource practice specializes in the recruitment of generalist, compensation, benefits, organizational effectiveness, training, labor relations/employee relations, and HRIS/payroll staffing professionals.  Our clients tell us they need business partners.  They want HR professionals to understand the business, the trends, and what the goals are for the year.  HR professionals need to have the skills to be a change-agent, not just administrative support.  There is a link between a high-functioning HR department and a business’s bottom line.  We understand our clients' needs for this skill and know how to recognize that ability.

Ann McCaig
Ann McCaig is the Business Development Director for PinPoint Solutions.  Ann has over ten years of experience in the recruiting world.  She started her career in contract placement in 1998 and quickly moved to permaneant placement.   Due to her integrity, she delivers a higher level of service than the typical search firm because her clients consider her a trusted partner.  Ann has specialized in several different disciplines over the years including Engineering, Accounting/Finance and most recently she developed and led PinPoint’s HR practice.  Her success has allowed her to move into the Director of Business Development role for PinPoint Solutions.  Ann delivers talent quickly and effectively because her team is experienced and focused.  She represents the Supply Chain, Human Resource, Chemical Manufacturing and Marketing practices.  Ann earned her bachelor’s in Psychology from Clemson University in 1998. 

Alicia Ivey
Alicia Ivey is the newest member to the PinPoint team.  She spent a few months conducting research and networking for our retained search firm, Westport Intl. She now leads our HR Practice Area for PinPoint Solutions. Alicia came to us from MDI specializing in making placements for Fortune 500 organizations in the telecom industry. She has experience in recruiting for a wide range of roles from IT to Managerial and Professional positions.  She studied at Clemson University with focus areas in Biological Sciences and a wide variety of Liberal Arts courses.
