Amanda graduated with a BS in Business, majoring in Accountancy from Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio. She has eight years of recruiting experience, working for Fortune 500 companies as both an agency and as a corporate recruiter. She started her career at Spherion and joins PinPoint Solutions from Eaton Corporation where she was the dedicated recruiter for the Hydraulics Group and the Innovation Center.  Amanda’s focus has been recruiting professionals for engineering and manufacturing with significant experience in building teams for research and product development. She is highly familiar with the fluid power industry as well as renewables, including distributed generation, hybrid vehicles and fuel cells. Amanda is an expert internet researcher and holds the Advanced Certified Internet Recruiter (ACIR) designation offered by AIRS. She also holds a Certified Diversity Recruiter (CDR) designation.
